Terms of service

Welcome to Purple Bestie Beauty Co's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you need parental consent.

2. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled but  excessive (2 or more) cancellations or no-shows may incur a non-refundable deposit fee. 

3. Arrival at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment is recommended. This allows time for check-in and preparation. If you are 10 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time, your appointment is canceled. 

4. As a professional service provider, I maintain the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully.

5. I do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied, please let me know before you leave the studio.

6. Please fill out the intake forms truthfully and include any allergies, skin conditions, or other relevant medical conditions before your appointment.

7. I provide aftercare instructions for all waxing services. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions to avoid complications.
